Big hype, little substance

Though the location is great for visiting nearby attractions, the hotel fell short in cleanliness and service. I encountered poorly maintained common areas and a less-than-inviting pool. Breakfast options were limited, and noise from the hallways disrupted my stay. It had potential but needs significant improvements to match expectations.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and comfortable beds. The staff even helped me find my lost earring on my first stay. I recommend staying here for a stress-free experience!

The location was great with Hooters nearby and just a quick ride to Kings Island. Our King Room was spacious and clean.

I really enjoyed my stay with a friendly staff and a nice clean pool that made relaxing after a day of exploring easy. It was just a quick drive to Kings Island and other parks like Cottell Park which is only a bit more than 2 km away for a lovely stroll.

The newly renovated property has a nice layout in the Executive King Room, and the breakfast included some decent fresh coffee options. However, the dark interior design absorbed much of the light, making it challenging to navigate. Additionally, the bathroom lacked proper soap dishes, and the bed height presented difficulty for both tall and shorter guests, requiring assistance for entry. Accidents in the breakfast area and some inconsistent food quality detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
